Proposal for a new cutting process using the full-time dress method.
We recommend this for those struggling with machining difficult-to-cut materials. We propose a mechanism that allows for continuous dressing of the blade while cutting the workpiece. This addresses issues such as the blade not maintaining sharpness, resulting in chipping and insufficient product quality, difficulties in increasing machining speed due to thick workpieces, and the need for frequent dressing when working with difficult materials, which increases labor costs. Evaluations can also be conducted at our company, so please consult with us first.
